Return & Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it and we must receive the item within two weeks of you notifying us of the intent to return. The return is void otherwise.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please include a note explaining the nature of your return and whether you want an exchange or refund.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your PayPal account (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.

If you receive a refund, our shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

Your exchange can be handled in two ways:

If you require an exchange because of a sizing problem we will ask that you pay the additional postage charge that we incur should the product be available.

1. You can return the item, pay the additional postage, and we send a replacement on receipt of the original purchase.

2. Buy the correct sized hat and return the original purchase for a refund less our postage costs

If a replacement item is unavailable we will ask that you accept a credit from the store.
